Steps to clean and sterilize the bottle

First step: hand cleaning

You should always handle utensils with clean hands.

Second step: sterilize

This is very important. Before the baby uses the bottle for the first time, it is recommended to sterilize it. It is a prevention and safety method thinking about the baby’s well-being. After its first use, this action can be performed every two or three doses.

Third step: clean

Exactly after each dose, it must be cleaned to prevent milk residues from adhering to the container. These residues are the ones that can eventually generate bacteria.

The container, spout and lid must be washed separately with hot water, thoroughly rinsing with plenty of water. In this case, a special detergent for baby bottles can be used.

Fourth step: use of special brushes

After carefully washing each part of the bottle with soap and water, it is recommended to use special bottle brushes.

These brushes can reach all the hard-to-reach parts. The idea is to reach places where it was not possible to wash well in the previous step. Mainly insisting on the thread of the bottle, as well as on the inside of the container and on the nipple.

Fifth step: let it dry

After cleaning, each piece must be dried separately. This should be done in a clean, airy place. The best advice is to leave the pieces face down so that the water runs off.
