  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 ml)
  • 1 cup and a half of water (150 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper (5 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano (10 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 grams)

    Step by step

    1. Mix all ingredients in a container and knead until you get a smooth dough. Let it sit for half an hour.
    2. Separate balls of approximately 50 grams and open each one in circles 1 or 2 millimeters thick.
    3. In a very hot skillet without any fat, heat the pasta on both sides. Don’t leave it on for too long or it will get very hard.
    4. Cover with a cloth to retain heat and moisture.

    Preparation of fillings

    Ingredients

    • 2 garlic (2 grams)

    • 2 chicken breasts (100 grams)
    • 1 red onion and 2 spring onions
    • 5 cups of grated cheese (500 grams)
    • 1 red and 1 green pepper (40 grams)
    • Seasonings: salt, rosemary and basil

    1. Wash and cut all vegetables into small pieces. Before cutting, peel the carrot – and optionally the tomato.
    2. Saute the vegetables in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
    3. Season to taste.
    4. Add the cream. Let it heat up a little, but not boiling, and turn off the heat.
    5. Serve at the table and fill the tortillas!

    3. Corn stuffing

    Ingredients

    • 3 medium onions (70 grams)
    • Vegetable broth (200 ml)
    • ½ can of corn (100 grams)
    • 1 purple, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper (60 grams)
    • Seasonings: salt, oregano and aromatic herbs to taste
    • Optional: 1 chicken breast, lentils and tomato

    Step by step

    1. Wash vegetables well and cut into long, thin strips.
    2. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of oil, sauté the vegetables and add the chicken, if you have chosen this option.
    3. When golden, season and add the broth. Leave for another 10 or 15 minutes over medium heat.
